文章运用卡特尔人格特质理论,对基层组织人才人格特质进行了解析。基层组织人才人格特质分为五种:共同特质、根源特质、动力特质、能力特质、气质特质。弘扬敬业精神、养成大局意识、具备(经营)管理能力、确保廉洁自律可以使基层人才人格特质得以实现。正确认识和理解基层组织人才人格特质,对于识别和培养党内人才具有重要意义。
The article uses cartel personality trait theory to analyze the personality traits of grass-roots organizations. Grassroots organizations are divided into five personality trait traits: common traits, root traits, motivation traits, ability traits, temperament traits. Carry forward the professionalism, develop the overall situation awareness, with (management) management ability, to ensure honesty and self-discipline can make the grass-roots personnel personality traits be achieved. Correctly understanding and understanding the personality traits of grass-roots organizations is of great significance for identifying and training talents within the party.
