对某超长工业厂房进行温度变形分析,温度荷载选取时考虑气温变化引起结构构件产生的季节温差、骤变温差和日照温差,并计入混凝土收缩影响,采用正常使用极限状态下荷载标准组合工况,利用有限元软件ETABS进行模拟分析,探求结构温度变形规律。同时利用结构II对比分析伸缩缝设置位置的不同对结构温度变形的影响。结合简化单榀框架模型,揭露多高层超长框架结构在温度荷载作用下的楼层内力和变形分布规律,提出伸缩缝设置位置的合理性建议,节约结构建造成本,提高使用效能,供工程建设中参考。
