为了研究心肌各层间交换血流的时相分布,建立了一个左心室壁血流灌注计算机仿真模型。心室壁分为三层,每层中的血管网用一时变阻容网络来代表。以六条雄性犬的左心室压和主动脉压的实测数据作为输入进行仿真。结果表明,用体外反搏的反搏的方法提高灌注压对心肌各层间交换血流有明显改善。
In order to study the phase distribution of the exchange of blood flow between myocardial layers, a computer simulation model of left ventricular wall perfusion was established. The ventricular wall is divided into three layers, the vascular network in each layer is represented by a transient variable capacitance network. Six male dogs with left ventricular pressure and aortic pressure measured data as input simulation. The results show that the use of extracorporeal counterpulsation counterpulsation method to improve perfusion pressure on the exchange of blood flow between the myocardium was significantly improved.
