悬置微带线具有两种形式,一种是屏蔽式,另一种是敞开式。前者比后者具有下列优点:1.屏蔽外壳减小了带线的辐射损耗;2.通过选取屏蔽外壳尺寸可抑制高次模。因此,分析屏蔽悬置微带线的特性具有实用价值。文献[1]和[2]用静态和准静态的方法分析了屏蔽悬置微带线的特性,其结果主要适用于较低的频率范围。文献[3]仅对敞开式悬置微带线进行了全波分析。尚未见报道过对屏蔽悬置微带线的全波分析。本文用谱域导抗法对屏蔽悬置
Suspended microstrip line has two forms, one is shielded, the other is open. The former has the following advantages over the latter: 1. The shielding shell reduces the radiation loss of the tape wire. 2. The high-order mode can be suppressed by selecting the size of the shielding shell. Therefore, it is of practical value to analyze the characteristics of shielded microstrip lines. In [1] and [2], static and quasi-static methods are used to analyze the characteristics of shielded suspension microstrip lines. The results are mainly applicable to the lower frequency range. In [3], only full-wave analysis of open-mount microstrip line was performed. No full-wave analysis of shielded microstrip lines has been reported.
