本研究利用5-氮杂胞苷(5-azaC)处理石斛组培苗,分析石斛苗生长变化、生物活性物质含量及其相关基因表达变化。研究发现,石斛苗生物量和生物活性物质,如石斛多糖、石斛碱和胡萝卜素,含量明显升高,相关基因表达量也显著上升,证实DNA去甲基化修饰对石斛次生代谢产物生物合成具有重要调控作用。
In this study, 5-azacytidine (5-azaC) treatment of Dendrobium candidum tissue culture, analysis of growth and changes of Dendrobium seedlings, bioactive substances and related gene expression changes. The results showed that the content of Dendrobium seedlings biomass and biologically active substances, such as Dendrobium polysaccharides, Dendrobin and carotenoids, were significantly increased, and the expression of related genes also increased significantly, confirming that demethylation of DNA degraded the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites Has an important regulatory role.
