以135 MW循环流化床锅炉的防磨损技术改造为背景,分析了循环流化床锅炉炉内受热面的磨损机理。针对炉膛内固体颗粒高速流动、由于突起而形成涡流等引起磨损的原因,分别提出了喷涂防磨涂层、水冷壁结构优化设计、保证受热面光滑等防磨措施。运行实践证明,采取上述措施,使受热面的磨损情况得到了有效的控制。
Taking the anti-wear technology of 135 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler as the background, the wear mechanism of heated surface in circulating fluidized bed boiler was analyzed. In view of the high speed flow of solid particles in the furnace and the cause of wear due to the formation of vortex due to the protrusion, the anti-wear measures such as spraying anti-wear coating, water wall structure optimization design and smooth heating surface are proposed respectively. Operation proved that the above measures, the heating surface wear has been effectively controlled.
