我国改革开放30年来,社会保障制度建设取得的重大成就是中国共产党正确领导的结果。改革开放30年来我党历次全会公报、报告及审议通过的文件中有关社会保障制度改革和体系建设的重大决策和重要论述指引了我国社会保障制度建设的方向,体现了我党在社会保障制度建设事业中的领导地位。坚持党的政治路线、思想路线和组织路线,不断坚持党的理论创新,是我党领导社会保障制度建设的基本经验,同时,继续坚持党的领导将是我国社会保障制度建设取得新成就的基本前提。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up in our country, the significant achievements made in the construction of the social security system have been the result of the correct leadership of the CPC. The major decisions and important expositions on the reform and system construction of the social security system in the communiques, reports and documents reviewed and passed by our party in the past 30 years of reform and opening up have guided the direction for the construction of our social security system and reflected our party’s commitment to the social security system Career leadership. Adhering to the party’s political line, ideological line and organizational line and constantly adhering to the party’s theoretical innovation are the basic experiences our party leads in the social security system.
