目的:探讨临床护理路径在偏执型精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100例偏执型精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理,研究组应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,对照组予以常规健康教育,观察住院全程。对两组病情相关知识掌握程度、满意度及住院时间进行对比分析。结果出院时研究组病情相关知识掌握率及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对偏执型精神分裂症患者开展临床护理路径服务,能显著提高护理质量及患者满意度,缩短住院时间。“,”Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path (CNP) in health education to paranoid schizophrenics .Methods A total of 100 paranoid schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups both receiving routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing ,CNP health educations were give to research group and routine health educations to control group ,their hospitalization whole‐courses ob‐served .Mastery degree of knowledge related to patient’s condition ,satisfaction and hospitalization time were compared between two groups .Results Mastery rate of knowledge related to patient’s condition and satisfaction were significantly higher (P< 0 .05) and hospitalization time shorter (P<0 .01) in research than control group .Conclusion CNP services to paranoid schizophrenics could significantly improve nurs‐ing quality and patients’ satisfaction and shorten hospitalization time .
