结肠癌是老年急性左半结肠梗阻的主要病因,我中心2000年1月至2006年12月手术治疗60岁以上老年肿瘤性急性左半结肠梗阻41例,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:41例患者中,男28例,女13例,年龄60~87岁,平均72.5岁。发病时间8~145h,均有急性肠梗阻表现。癌肿位置:乙状结肠2
Colon cancer is the leading cause of acute left-sided colon obstruction in elderly patients. Surgical treatment of 41 cases of acute neoplastic half-colon obstruction aged 60 years or older in our center from January 2000 to December 2006 was satisfactory. The results are as follows.
