理想的师幼沟通应体现出平等性、情感性和多样性。但当前的师幼沟通却难尽人意,主要表现为沟通地位不平等,忽视幼儿主体性、沟通目的功利化,忽视幼儿情感需要,沟通意识淡薄,缺乏沟通技巧等。为此,应采取有效的对策以提高师幼沟通的质量:尊重幼儿,平等沟通;相信幼儿,协商合作;掌握沟通技巧,提高沟通能力。
The ideal teacher-child communication should show equality, sentiment and diversity. However, the current communication between teachers and children is unsatisfactory, mainly due to inequalities in communication status, neglect of subjectivity in children, utility of communication, ignorance of children’s emotional needs, weak communication awareness and lack of communication skills. To this end, effective measures should be taken to improve the quality of teacher-child communication: respect for young children and equal communication; trust children, consultation and cooperation; master communication skills and improve communication skills.
