中国改革开放30年在发展方面一个值得重视的成绩,是既顺乎潮流,又特立独行,为人类贡献了一条有中国特点的发展模式。中国已具备经济和社会现代化发展的有利条件,当前应从三个层面把握中国“发展方式的转变”。扎扎实实地推进中国特色的新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化进程,应成为新阶段中国现代化的新内涵,也是中国发展模式的五大支点。
In the 30 years of China’s reform and opening up, a noteworthy achievement in development is that it not only follows the tide but also maverick and contributes to mankind a development model with Chinese characteristics. China already has the favorable conditions for the economic and social modernization. At present, China should grasp the “transformation of the development mode” in China from three aspects. To advance solidly the new industrialization, informationization, urbanization, marketization and internationalization with Chinese characteristics should become the new connotation of China’s modernization in the new phase and the five major fulcrums for China’s development model.
