目的分析昆明中学教师慢性咽炎的危险因素,建立危险分数表。方法采用病例对照研究的方法 ,从昆明中学教师中选取200位患病教师,按照1∶1的比例从未患慢性咽炎的学校行政人员中收集对照组样本,进行Logistic回归分析,得到各危险因素的比值比,最后将比值比转化为危险分数。结果得到适用于不同性别个体的危险分数表。结论根据危险因素建立的危险分数表,能让教师及时进行自我评估、自我监测。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of chronic pharyngitis in Kunming middle school teachers and establish the dangerous score table. Methods A case-control study was conducted to select 200 sick teachers from middle school teachers in Kunming. Control samples were collected from school administrators who did not have chronic pharyngitis according to the ratio of 1: 1. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to find out the risk factors Ratio ratio, the ratio of the final conversion into a dangerous score. The results obtained for different gender risk score table. Conclusion The risk scores established by risk factors allow teachers to conduct self-assessment and self-monitoring in time.
