论述公共图书馆文献资源的政府采购的必要性、政府采购中文图书的实施方法以及采购过程中技术手段的运用。并以四川省图书馆中文采购为例,介绍公共图书馆政府采购的具体实施方法。
The necessity of government procurement of public library literature resources, the implementation of Chinese books in government procurement and the application of technical means in the procurement process are discussed. Taking the Chinese procurement of Sichuan Provincial Library as an example, this paper introduces the concrete implementation method of government procurement in public libraries.
