近年来,高职院校教育迅速发展,高职院校重视培养职业教学人才,青年教师成为教师的重要组成部分。高职院校的青年教师是学校的新生力量,是完成教学任务的主力和前锋,对高职院校教学质量的提高具有重要作用。当前,认清高职院校青年教师的发展现状,深层挖掘现状背后的原因具有重要价值。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education, vocational colleges attach importance to the cultivation of vocational education professionals, young teachers become an important part of the teacher.
