动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)相较于传统的磁共振成像(MRI)技术,可以为恶性肿瘤的诊断提供更多的信息。为了能够方便、快速地利用这些信息,基于DCE-MRI的恶性肿瘤的计算机辅助诊断(CAD)研究成为业界研究的热点方向之一。文中综述了利用DCE-MRI图像信息进行恶性肿瘤CAD的研究进展,主要包括四方面内容:1图像预处理,如降噪和图像序列配准;2感兴趣区域(ROI)的分割;3特征提取,即对ROI进行定量描述并提取量化值作为特征;4肿瘤区域的识别与分类,即通过学习ROI的特征,对其是否为病灶进行识别及预测。本文总结了CAD技术在恶性肿瘤DCE-MRI图像中的应用,并对该领域今后的研究提出了自己的看法。
Compared with traditional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) can provide more information for the diagnosis of malignant tumors. In order to utilize this information conveniently and rapidly, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) research of malignant tumors based on DCE-MRI has become one of the hot research directions in the field. This paper summarizes the research progress of CAD using DCE-MRI image information, including four aspects: 1 image pre-processing, such as noise reduction and image sequence registration; 2 ROI segmentation; 3 feature extraction , That is, the quantitative description of the ROI and quantification extracted as a feature; 4 tumor area identification and classification, that is, by learning the characteristics of ROI, whether it is the lesion identification and prediction. This article summarizes the application of CAD technology in DCE-MRI images of malignant tumors and puts forward my own views on the future research in this field.
