改革开放以来,我国的经济和社会都获得了突飞猛进的发展,人们的温饱已不在是问题,而对于精神文化的需求则日益高涨。这自然就带动了我国文化创意产业的发展。目前,在河北省文化创意产业已经有了较好的发展,本文从政策环境、企业与项目建设、品牌建设、人才培养四个方面分析了河北省文化创业产业发展的现状,并结合实际问题,探索了河北省文化创业产业发展的模式,主要是包括走特色产品路线、集聚生产同分散消费结合、政府推动与市场推动结合以及强化人才队伍建设。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy and society have enjoyed rapid development. People’s food and clothing is no longer a problem, but their spiritual and cultural needs are on the rise. This naturally led to the development of China’s cultural and creative industries. At present, the cultural and creative industries in Hebei Province have been well developed. This paper analyzes the current situation of cultural and entrepreneurial industries in Hebei Province from four aspects of the policy environment, enterprises and project construction, brand building and personnel training. Combining with practical problems, Exploring the cultural and entrepreneurial industry in Hebei Province, the development model, mainly including taking the characteristics of product line, cluster production and decentralized consumption combined with the promotion of the government to promote the market and strengthen the building of qualified personnel.
