在当今寸土寸金的环境下,为了适应社会对建筑功能多样化的要求,结构往往必须反常规地进行布置,即上部布置小空间,下部布置大空间。因此,建筑功能的要求与正常合理的结构布置产生了矛盾,结构转换层为解决这一矛盾应运而生。本文重点分析了高层建筑梁式转换结构设计的特点和应注意的一些问题。指出这类结构体系的设计应从概念设计出发制定合理的方案,通过正确的模型设计,找出结构薄弱部位,予以加强和防范。
In today's land-saving environment, in order to meet the social requirements for the diversification of building functions, the structure often has to be arranged irregularly, that is, the upper part of the small space is arranged and the lower part of the large space is arranged. Therefore, the functional requirements of the building and the normal and reasonable structure of the contradictions have caused the structural transformation layer to solve this contradiction came into being. This article focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of high-rise building beam conversion structure design and some problems should be noted. It is pointed out that the design of such structural system should be based on conceptual design to develop a reasonable plan, through the correct model design, identify the weak parts of the structure, to be strengthened and prevented.
