目的:探讨葛根素对心肌梗塞犬冠脉侧枝循环的影响及其机制。方法:12只犬随机分成葛根素处理组(G组)和对照组(C组),建立心肌梗塞模型,分别给予葛根素和生理盐水,共21d,冠脉结扎前、后不同时间点行冠脉造影,并测量心肌毛细血管和供血血管面密度。结果:冠脉结扎后2h和22d时G组侧枝血管明显多于C组,G组缺血区和梗塞区心肌毛细血管和供血血管面密度较C组明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:葛根素能促进犬急性缺血心肌侧枝循环的开放和形成,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of puerarin on coronary collateral circulation in dogs with myocardial infarction and its mechanism. Methods: Twelve dogs were randomly divided into puerarin treatment group (G group) and control group (C group). Myocardial infarction model was established and puerarin and saline were given for 21 days. Coronary artery ligation was performed at different time points before and after coronary artery ligation. Angiography, and measurement of myocardial capillary and blood vessel surface density. RESULTS: Coronary collateral vessels in group G were significantly more than those in group C at 2h and 22d after coronary artery ligation. The areas of myocardial capillary and blood vessels in ischemic and infarcted areas were significantly increased in group G compared with group C (P<0.05 and P<0.05). 0.01). Conclusion: Puerarin can promote the opening and formation of the collateral circulation of acute ischemic myocardium in dogs, and has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
