该文介绍了应用层组播技术的基本原理,分析比较了IP组播技术和应用层组播技术的优缺点。针对视频会议应用,提出了基于扩散平衡树的应用层组播模型。利用这一模型,设计了基于应用层组播技术的多人视频会议系统的解决方案。
This paper introduces the basic principles of application layer multicast technology, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of IP multicast technology and application layer multicast technology. For video conferencing applications, this paper proposes an application layer multicast model based on diffusion balanced tree. Using this model, a solution of multi-person video conferencing system based on application layer multicast technology is designed.
