在建筑行业不断发展的背景下,建筑施工现场管理的重要意义逐渐凸显,其不但直接决定着建筑工程的整体质量及效益,还直接关系到人们的生命财产安全。因此如何将建筑施工的现场管理工作发挥到最佳效果就成为目前首先值得研究的问题。本文主要对建筑施工现场管理存在的重要性进行分析,对建筑施工中现场管理存在的问题及相应的解决措施进行研究。
In the continuous development of the construction industry, the importance of construction site management gradually highlights, which not only directly determines the overall quality and effectiveness of construction projects, but also directly related to people’s lives and property safety. Therefore, how to bring the construction management on site to the best effect has become the first issue worth studying. This article mainly analyzes the importance of the construction site management and studies the problems existing in the site management during construction and the corresponding solutions.
