我校从美国TSl公司引进的激光测速仪中,有一台LEXEL公司的Model 95型氩离子激光器,额定输出功率为2W,兰、绿光输出功率为1300—1400mw,当使用950小时后,激光器电源主变压器过热发烫,兰、绿光的最大输出功率降到300mw。我们对电源、等离子管真空度、阴极损伤和谐振腔失调等四个方面进行了检查,排除了前两点的影响,对后两点进行了检修调整,经过近三个月的工作,光输出功率恢复到出厂水平,主变器过热现象基本消除,到1987年5月,该激光器已安全运行2000多小时。1985年5月,我们用此技术对南京航空学院同类型激光器进行了调试,也获
