Notes to “Water Dynamics · Hydrology” Zhao Kejing (Hydrology Division of the Ministry of Water Resources) recently read “Hydrographic” (first draft), triggering my memories of several things in hydrological work in the 1970s. Not long ago, we published a paper titled “Reviewing the 1972 Hydrological Work Symposium” which I wrote down here to review the “Water Dynamics / Hydrology Special Issue” published in 1973 for the purpose of studying this period.
