莱克多巴胺是国内禁止生产和销售的一种瘦肉精,近年来进出口动物源性食品中的莱克多巴胺的残留情况不容乐观。就现有的标准测定方法而言,样品前处理操作过于繁琐,增加了分析周期,难以达到快速、简便以及大批量样品处理的要求;另外,标准方法的洗脱条件容易发生基线漂移,使测定结果不准确。因此,在现有检验方法基础上对样品前处理及洗脱条件加以改进,得出的结果是改进后的方法提取效率高、净化过程简单、方便,分析时间短、回收率好,适用于进出口动物源性食品中莱克多巴胺残留的日常检测。
Ractopamine is a lean meat extract that is banned from being produced and marketed in China. The residues of ractopamine in imported and exported animal-derived foods in recent years are not optimistic. For the existing standard determination methods, the sample preparation process is too complicated and the analysis period is increased, making it difficult to meet the requirements of fast, simple and high-volume sample processing. In addition, the standard method is prone to baseline drift due to the elution conditions, Inaccurate results. Therefore, based on the existing test methods, the sample pretreatment and elution conditions are improved. The results obtained are as follows: the improved method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, simple and convenient purification process, short analysis time, good recovery rate, Routine testing of ractopamine residues in animal products for export.
