对广州市属妇幼保健机构医院感染管理工作进行检查。方法:采用广州市妇幼保健机构医院感染管理内容及评分标准,通过查阅资料、现场考核和询问等方式,对医院感染管理现状进行评价。结果:预防和控制医院感染工作已得到各级领导重视并形成监控网络,初步运行。能积极开展控制院内感染教育培训,使预防院内感染的设施和环境布局得到较大的改善。严格执行流行病学的管理制度和医院消毒灭菌监测工作,无菌物品消毒合格率达100％。结论:通过检查规范了广州市属妇幼保健机构医院感染管理工作,强化妇幼保健机构医院感染管理的意识和管理力度,从制度上保证组织管理、消毒灭菌和隔离技术的工作质量。使医院感染管理工作能实现规范化、科学化、法制化和系统化管理。
To inspect the management of hospital infections in maternity and child care institutions in Guangzhou. Methods: The status of nosocomial infection management was evaluated by referring to data, on-the-spot assessment and inquiry, using hospital infection management content and scoring standards of maternal and child care institutions in Guangzhou. Results: The prevention and control of nosocomial infections has been valued by leaders at all levels and forms a monitoring network and is initially operational. Can actively carry out the control of hospital infection education and training, so that prevention of hospital infection facilities and the environment has been greatly improved. Strict implementation of epidemiological management system and hospital disinfection and sterilization monitoring work, sterile material disinfection pass rate of 100%. Conclusion: Through inspections to regulate the management of hospital infections in maternity and child care institutions in Guangzhou, and to strengthen the awareness and management of hospital infection management in maternity and child care institutions, the work quality of organization management, disinfection, sterilization, and isolation technologies is guaranteed from a systematic perspective. Hospital infection management can be standardized, scientific, legal and systematic management.
