3月23日,中国安全生产协会教育培训工作委员会第一次会员代表大会在北京召开。在千里之外的中山市,喻步实着实为这个消息高兴了一把。无论如何,对他来说,这次代表大会所折射出来的我国的安全培训工作的发展状况无疑是令人振奋的。喻步实是中山市中等专业学校(以下简称中山中专)培训中心副主任。作为一名亲历者,他对安全培训的感触无疑是深刻的。5年前,中山中专开设安全培训课程。然而,工作的开展并不太顺利。
