随着经济的快速发展,市政基础设施工程施工规模不断扩大,工程技术取得了很大进步,同时施工建设管理水平也得到了不断提高,工程建设行业迎来了一个崭新的时代。在新形势下,工程技术进步可谓是一日千里,相应的管理技术却稍有滞后,面对新形势下的挑战,我们建设工作者必须要把握住时代的发展走向,发扬与时俱进的精神,积极学习新的管理知识,克服目前施工工程管理中所存在的问题,只有将问题一个个解决,才能保证在工程建设行业站稳脚跟,进而谋求发展。为了促进技术进步,为了帮助广大建设工作者更好地实现自我提升,我们需要好好审视我国工程建筑中的施工管理问题。
