提高8級以上坚硬岩层的鑽进效率是当前鑽探技术上的一项主要任务,也是各个勘探队生产中具有普遍性的一个关鍵课題。因此攻硬岩关就成为我們实现快速勘探迫不及待的工作。现在有少人在努力进行这方面的工作,如厚壁鑽头双水口等以及新的方法冲击廻轉鑽具的应用,都取得了一定的成果。通过党的八屆八中全会文件的学习,反右傾、鼓干劲,向坚硬岩石要进尺。我公司第三勘探队领导和工人发揮了敢想敢干的精神,大胆的試用釬子鋼块在坚硬岩层中鑽进,提高效率1倍左右。同时也試驗使用碎合金块鑽进,效率提高接近2倍。但由于硬質合金成本高,純鑽进时間短,实际应用还是有困难的。
Improving the drilling efficiency of hard rock formations above Grade 8 is a major task in current drilling technology and also a key issue that is universal in the production of various exploration crews. Therefore, attacking hard rock off has become the task we can not wait to achieve rapid exploration. Nowadays, there are few people who are trying their best to carry out this kind of work, such as the application of thick-walled drill double-nozzle and the new method of impact drilling and turning drilling tools, and some achievements have been made. Through the study of the eighth Plenary Session of the Party’s eighth Plenary Session, we will try our best to fight hard rock to the right and to the right. The leaders and workers of the third exploration team of our company have played the spirit of daring to dare to do it. The bold trial of the brazing bar steel drilling in hard rock formations can improve the efficiency about 1 times. At the same time also test the use of broken alloy block drilling, the efficiency increased by nearly 2 times. However, due to the high cost of carbide, pure drilling time is short, the practical application is still difficult.
