新形隐球菌性脑膜炎属中枢神经系统霉菌感染,临床较少见。笔者近遇两例,现予以报告。例一,×××,男,33岁,,农民,住院号103400。因间断性发烧、头痛五个月,于1985年10月21日入院。患者1985年5月曾患“出血热”,在当地县医院经“输液”等治疗,二周后痊愈。出院一周后,因“受凉”,出现发烧恶寒、头痛、全身不适等症。自持年富力壮,末曾诊治。此后,经常反复间断出现发烧、头痛。在发作期有时呈隔一日一发。发烧以下午为重,头痛以巅顶为主,头痛剧烈时伴呕吐,为胃内容物。在院外先后按气虚感冒、
