目的 :测定西洋参、三七和白芍中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯 3种农药的残留量。方法 :运用石油醚 -丙酮混合溶剂提取及毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果 :氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的添加回收率 ( % )分别为 92 1 3~ 1 0 0 5,97 54~ 1 0 6 4 ,94 89~ 1 0 8 5;RSD ( % )分别为 1 2 9~ 5 64 ,0 70~ 4 87,1 71~ 5 3 4。被测样品中 ,三七中含有氰戊菊酯 ,个别样品中含溴氰菊酯 ;西洋参中含少量溴氰菊酯 ;白芍中未发现上述 3种农药。结论 :本方法具有选择性强 ,操作简便 ,分离效果好 ,灵敏度高等特点。
Objective : To determine the residual amounts of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in American ginseng, Panax notoginseng and Bletilla striata. Methods : Extraction with petroleum ether-acetone mixed solvent and determination by capillary gas chromatography. Results: The recoveries (%) of cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin were 921-3003, 9754-106, 9489-108, respectively; RSD (% ) They are 1 2 9 to 5 64, 0 70 to 4 87, and 1 71 to 53 4 respectively. Among the samples tested, Panax notoginseng contained fenvalerate, individual samples contained deltamethrin, American ginseng contained a small amount of deltamethrin, and white peony did not find any of the above three pesticides. Conclusion: This method has the characteristics of strong selectivity, easy operation, good separation effect and high sensitivity.
