介绍了基于VC++与西门子PLC的选煤生产集控系统组成结构、硬件构成及实现方法,讨论了PLC在该系统中的应用、各子系统的功能以及通信网络等部分的设计方法。实际应用表明该系统在节能降耗、安全生产等方面取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the structure, hardware configuration and implementation of the centralized control system for coal preparation based on VC ++ and Siemens PLC. The application of PLC in the system, the function of each subsystem and the design of communication network are also discussed. Practical application shows that the system has achieved good results in terms of energy saving, safety production and so on.
