中国节能投资公司简介中国节能投资公司(以下简称中国节能)是1988年,是国家为应对第二次世界石油危机而设立组建的。公司成立以来,一直致力于推广节能环保技术,建设重大节能环保项目,曾负责全国节能基本建设项目基金投资230多亿元,带动地方投资300多亿元,推广重大节能措施13大类,建成重大节能和环保工程3000余项。目前中国节能是由中央政府直接出资控股的在中国从事节能减排和环境保护最强最大的旗舰企业,拥有二级子公司18家,三级及以下项目公司160余家,员工11000人。
