宁夏人出点成绩,外地人就感到惊讶。这也难怪,这片黄土地确实太贫乏了。几年前有的外地人看了宁夏的译制片,也不相信是宁夏人自己译制的,即使是宁夏电视台译制片导演李树德握着对方的手,从头到尾说个底朝天,对方也只是礼貌地连连点头,可是眼神里还是充满着疑惑。在外地人的眼里,似乎宁夏只能有点土产品,搞不出“洋货”。“唉!他们也太小瞧宁夏了。”我认识李树德较早,每当见到他就会想起他的感叹。这几年随着宁夏电视台《温莎之恋》、《人与海豚》、《飞行员与女模特》等一系列译制片在全国各省级电视台的播出,着实令全国的行家们吃了一惊。作为一名电视工作者,我外出机会较多,外地人说起宁夏的译制片 Ningxia out of grades, foreigners were surprised.
