目的结合质控实验室的实际情况和国家对于人员能力评估的要求,对质控实验室工作人员开展定期能力评估。方法通过建立评估方案,包括评估项目、评估频次、合格标准等,有效实施该项工作。结果 2015-2016年对9名工作人员进行了2次评估,4个检测项目和仪器设备的操作评估合格率为100%,解决问题的能力各员工之间差异较大。结论根据评估结果,对工作人员进行分级管理和培训,有效促进人员能力提升和确保实验室检测质量。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the regular capacity of quality control laboratory staffs in combination with the actual situation of quality control laboratories and the requirements of the state for personnel ability assessment. Methods The effective implementation of this work through the establishment of assessment programs, including assessment projects, assessment frequency, eligibility criteria and so on. Results During the period from 2015 to 2016, 9 staff members were evaluated twice. The operation qualification of 4 test items and equipments was 100%, and the ability to solve problems varied greatly among employees. Conclusions Based on the assessment results, staffs are managed and trained hierarchically, which can effectively promote the improvement of staff capacity and ensure the quality of laboratory testing.
