防爆柴油发动机在煤矿井下特殊环境使用,对其废气排放、噪声等提出了更高要求。二甲醚作为一种适用于压燃式内燃机的清洁代用燃料,其良好的排放与低噪声恰好能解决传统柴油发动机最难解决的碳烟和NOx排放问题,同时可降低燃烧噪声。基于二甲醚在柴油发动机上应用的优点及煤矿车辆对柴油发动机的要求,提出了二甲醚作为煤矿车辆清洁燃料应用的一种新思路。
Explosion-proof diesel engine used in special underground coal mine environment, put forward higher requirements on its exhaust emissions, noise and so on. As a kind of clean alternative fuels suitable for compression ignition internal combustion engine, DME has good emission and low noise, which can solve the most difficult problem of soot and NOx emission of traditional diesel engines and reduce the combustion noise. Based on the advantages of DME on diesel engines and the requirements of diesel vehicles for diesel engines, DME is proposed as a new idea for clean fuel application in coal mine vehicles.
