作者通过分析激光的损伤效应,提出了制订激光卫生标准的基本原则。按生物效应,可将激光波谱分为以下诸波段:ⅠA(100~315 nm)及ⅠB(1400~10~6nm)这两段可被角膜吸收;Ⅱ(315~400 nm)段,可被晶体吸收;ⅢA(400~750 nm)、ⅢB(750~1400 nm),这两段可透过角膜和晶体而被视网膜吸收。ⅢA为可见光。一般制订激光辐射卫生标准有二种方法:(1)根据对眼或对皮肤的损伤效应;(2)根据激光引起眼或其它器官功能的改变。苏联等国主要根据前者制订安全标准。但不同研究者确定损伤阈值采用的标准不同,如检查视网膜,
By analyzing the damage effect of laser, the author put forward the basic principle of making laser health standard. According to the biological effect, the laser spectrum can be divided into the following bands: ⅠA (100 ~ 315 nm) and ⅠB (1400 ~ 10 ~ 6nm) which can be corneal absorption; Ⅱ (315 ~ 400 nm) Absorption; Ⅲ A (400 ~ 750 nm), Ⅲ B (750 ~ 1400 nm), the two can be absorbed through the cornea and lens by the retina.
