糖尿病脑梗塞(ＤＣＩ)是糖尿病的一种严重并发症,多发于Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中,其病死率很高。我们对54例住院ＤＣＩ患者及年龄、性别配对的非糖尿病脑梗塞患者(ＮＤＣＩ)54例的死因进行了回顾性对比分析,现将结果报告如下。1 临床资料11 一般资料 ＤＣＩ54例均为我院1987～1997
Diabetes mellitus (DCI) is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus that occurs in patients with type 2 diabetes and has a high case fatality rate. We retrospectively analyzed the causes of death in 54 patients with DCI inpatients and 54 patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction (NDCI) matched for age and sex.
