在中小板和创业板公司中,薪酬激励和股权激励均与公司的经营业绩相关,若股权激励力度远大于薪酬激励,其对公司业绩的提升作用将更明显。由于税收政策的掣肘及股票二级市场不完善,股权激励对公司业绩的促进作用受到抑制,可选的替代方案包括股票增值权和限制性股票。核心技术人员的激励方式仍以年薪制为主,应考虑浮动工资、持股计划和期权激励等多种方式。员工持股计划受制于监管政策,实施情况并不理想,未来需要监管层和上市公司进行更多的探索。
