用ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ一步法检测了囊虫病患者血清特异性抗体，并与快速ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ进行对比。两法同时检测了５９例囊虫病患者，３６例非囊虫病病人和３０例正常人血清。结果表明：ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ一步法和快速ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ的阳性率分别为９４．９１％和９８．３１％，几何平均滴度（ＧＭＰ）分别为１∶４２５．８９和１∶５６５．７２，均无显著性差异。对１例肝吸虫病人和１例包虫病人血清均起交叉反应。说明ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ一步法具有与快速ＳＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ相同敏感性和特异性，并且快速、方便、花费少，可作为囊虫病人的诊断及流行病学调查的方法
Serum-specific antibodies against cysticercosis were detected by SPA-ELISA in one step and compared with rapid SPA-ELISA. In the two methods, 59 patients with cysticercosis, 36 patients with non-cysticercosis and 30 normal persons were detected simultaneously. The results showed that the positive rates of SPA-ELISA and SPA-ELISA were 94.91% and 98.31% respectively, and the geometric mean titers (GMP) were 1: 425.89 and 1: 565.72 respectively No significant difference. Serum samples from 1 patient with liver flu and 1 patient with hydatid disease all cross-reacted. It shows that the SPA-ELISA one-step method has the same sensitivity and specificity as rapid SPA-ELISA, and is fast, convenient and low-cost and can be used as a diagnostic and epidemiological investigation method for cysticercosis patients
