通过对东风4C型机车小油封结构和工作原理的分析 ,提出了解决小油封漏油故障的 3个首要条件 ,并针对迷宫式油封结构密封能力不足的问题 ,提出了改造结构 ,采用双重密封的方案 ,解决了小油封漏油的惯性故障。
Based on the analysis of the small oil seal structure and working principle of the DF4C locomotive, three primary conditions for solving the oil leakage fault of the small oil seal are put forward. In view of the lack of sealing ability of the labyrinth oil seal structure, a modified structure is proposed, Program to solve the small oil seal inertia failure.
