油气开采是油田开发工程的重要组成部分,抽油机作为油气开采的设备,需要保证其质量,才能为油田采油质量的提高提供一定的条件。游梁式抽油机是应用最广泛的抽油机,它的很多构件都是通过焊接完成的,因此对游梁式抽油机的焊接工艺要求很高。本文主要分析游梁式抽油机的结构特点以及它的各个部分的焊接工艺特点,以解决焊接工艺中可能出现的问题,提高游梁式抽油机的焊接工艺水平。
Oil and gas exploration is an important part of the oilfield development project. As the equipment for oil and gas exploration, the pumping unit needs to ensure its quality so as to provide certain conditions for improving the quality of oil recovery. Beam pumping unit is the most widely used pumping unit, many of its components are completed by welding, so the beam pumping unit welding process demanding. This paper mainly analyzes the structural characteristics of the beam pumping unit and its various parts of the welding process characteristics in order to solve the problems that may arise in the welding process and improve the level of the welding process of the beam pumping unit.
