目的:研究雷公藤多苷(TG)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾脏病变的治疗效果。方法:将45只健康雄性大鼠SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和雷公藤多苷治疗组,模型组、雷公藤多苷治疗组用链尿佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射法构建糖尿病大鼠模型,用雷公藤多苷对糖尿病大鼠模型进行治疗观察。结果:雷公藤多苷对降低链尿佐菌素大鼠肾病的血糖、尿素氮、血肌酐均有显著作用。结论:雷公藤多苷对链尿佐菌素大鼠肾病有显著的疗效,能明显改善肾脏功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Tripterygium glycosides (TG) on the pathological changes of kidney in diabetic rats. Methods: Forty-five healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and tripterygium glycosides treatment group, model group, tripterygium glycosides treatment group with streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneal injection Construction of diabetic rat model, with tripterygium glycosides treatment of diabetic rat model. Results: Tripterygium glycosides had a significant effect on reducing blood glucose, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in rats with streptozotocin-induced nephropathy. Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides have a significant effect on streptozotocin-induced nephropathy in rats and can significantly improve renal function.
