子宫脱垂曾是妇科常见病,尤其在我国农村[1]。回顾我院2000—2009年60例老年妇女不同程度的子宫脱垂患者采用Goodal-Powe术,取得满意效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:60例患者年龄66～85岁,为经产妇,病程1～27年。合并高血压8例,糖尿病7例,心脏病2例,慢性支气管炎7例。并选取同期无内科合并症行阴式子宫全切术30例作对照。2组一般情况差异无统计学意义。 Uterine prolapse was a gynecological common disease, especially in rural areas [1]. Review of our hospital from 2000-2009 60 elderly women with varying degrees of uterine prolapse using Goodal-Powe surgery, and achieved satisfactory results are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: 60 patients aged 66 to 85 years, for the maternal, duration of 1 to 27 years. 8 cases of hypertension, 7 cases of diabetes, heart disease in 2 cases, 7 cases of chronic bronchitis. Thirty cases of vaginal hysterectomy without medical complications were selected as controls. There was no significant difference in the general situation between the two groups.
