目的:通过观察中药上消合剂(SXD)对大鼠急性放射性食管损伤中外周血细胞及炎性因子的影响了解其防治机制。方法:将100只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为空白组、造模组、生理盐水组、西药组及中药上消合剂组。用6MV-X射线对大鼠上段食管单次照射43Gy,分别于照射后第7天及第14天各组随机抽取10只大鼠取血,检测血细胞及炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的水平。结果:造模后各组大鼠出现饮水、进食量减少及体重下降等放射性食管炎的表现。与造模组相比,上消合剂组一般状况改善,外周血淋巴细胞相对增高(P<0.05),IL-1、TNF-α的表达及中性粒细胞相对降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药上消合剂可减轻急性放射性食管损伤。作用机制可能与抑制炎性因子的表达、促进淋巴细胞恢复有关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of prevention and treatment of peripheral blood cells and inflammatory cytokines in acute radiation esophageal injury in rats by observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shangxiao Mixture (SXD) on rats. Methods: 100 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, normal saline group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine Shangxiao Mixture group. The rats in the upper esophagus were irradiated with 6GV-X rays for 43Gy in a single irradiation. Blood samples were taken from 10 rats on the 7th day and the 14th day after the irradiation respectively to detect the changes of blood cells and inflammatory cytokines IL-1 and IL-6 , TNF-α levels. Results: After modeling, rats in each group showed symptoms of radiation esophagitis such as drinking water, reduced food intake and weight loss. Compared with the model group, the general condition of Shangxiao Mixture group improved, peripheral blood lymphocytes relatively increased (P <0.05), the expression of IL-1, TNF-α and neutrophils decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoxiao Mixture can reduce acute radioactive esophageal injury. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines and promoting the recovery of lymphocytes.
