我们金刚石工具厂是一个只有三百多职工的小厂,生产40余种金刚石工具。1982年5月和7月,在市企业管理协会的帮助下,公司企管协会组成了咨询小组,对本厂的资金管理、成本管理先后作了专题咨询,提出改善措施20项,共60多条。我们把咨询小组提出的这些改善措施,作为改善和加强企业管理的“良药”,逐项贯彻实行。到1983年
