为探讨新生小鼠胸腺细胞移植对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响,将新生Km小鼠胸腺细胞移植于荷瘤Km小鼠皮下及腹腔内,采用重量参数、组织学、组织化学及图像分析仪检测等方法进行观察。结果显示,移植组实体瘤重量轻于未移植胸腺细胞的对照组,其胸腺、脾和腋下淋巴结的重量均重于对照组。移植组淋巴结副皮质区明显增大,并可见大量管腔扩张的毛细血管后微静脉。移植组脾动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,胸腺皮质增厚,两器官的嗜派若宁细胞增多。结果表明,新生小鼠胸腺细胞移植可增强荷瘤鼠的免疫功能,主要是细胞免疫,并能抑制荷瘤鼠肿瘤的生长
