以HTPE推进剂、GAP推进剂为对象,采用慢速烤燃试验装置结合热电偶测温及传感器测压技术,研究了固体推进剂慢速烤燃特性的影响因素,包括配方组成、燃速、升温速率、约束条件、自由体积等。HTPE推进剂具有优异的慢速烤燃特性,10%HMX的加入使其慢速烤燃的响应程度增加,自由体积对其慢速烤燃的响应程度没有明显影响;燃速从10.1 mm·s-1增加到32.2 mm·s-1,升温速率从3.3℃·h-1增加到1℃·min-1,对GAP推进剂慢速烤燃的响应程度影响较小;增加夹板约束后,HTPE推进剂和GAP推进剂慢速烤燃的响应程度增加。
Taking HTPE propellant and GAP propellant as object, the influence factors of slow firing characteristics of solid propellant were studied by using slow burning combustion test device combined with thermocouple temperature measurement and sensor manometry technique. The effects of composition, combustion rate, Heating rate, constraints, free volume and so on. HTPE propellant has excellent slow-burning characteristics. The addition of 10% HMX increases the response of slow-burning combustion and the free volume has no obvious effect on the response of slow-burning combustion. The burning rate increases from 10.1 mm · s -1 increased to 32.2 mm · s-1, and the heating rate increased from 3.3 ℃ · h-1 to 1 ℃ · min-1, which had little effect on the response of GAP propellant to slow-firing combustion. After increasing the splint constraint, HTPE Slow response to propellant and GAP propellants increases.
