目的 研究糖尿病大鼠脑干听觉诱发电位 (brainstemauditoryevokedpotential,BAEP)和蜗神经核、上橄榄核形态学的变化。方法 采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型 ,动态观测BAEP变化 ,并结合BAEP起源 ,应用光镜对脑干蜗神经核、上橄榄核进行形态学观察。结果 成模后 4周实验性糖尿病 (ED)组BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波PL和Ⅰ Ⅲ、Ⅲ Ⅴ延长(P <0 0 5 ) ,成模 6周 ,ED组BAEP各波PL、IPL均出现明显延长 (P <0 0 1)。成模 8周糖尿病大鼠出现脑干蜗神经核、上橄榄核神经元胞体萎缩、胞核内结构不清等表现 ,成模 10周后糖尿病大鼠上述核团神经元变性明显 ,并伴有神经元减少。结论 BAEP在糖尿病早期出现变化且早于中枢形态学变化 ,是临床早期诊断糖尿病中枢神经病变的客观灵敏指标。
Objective To study the morphological changes of brainstem acute auditory brainstem (BAEP) and cochlear nerve nucleus and superior olivary nucleus in diabetic rats. Methods The model of diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The changes of BAEP were observed dynamically. Combined with the origin of BAEP, morphological changes of nucleus pulposus and olivary nucleus were observed with light microscope. Results The PL, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ waves of BAEP and the prolongation of Ⅲ Ⅴ and Ⅲ Ⅴ in experimental diabetic group (ED) were prolonged 4 weeks after operation (P <0.05) , IPL were significantly prolonged (P <0.01). After 8 weeks of operation, the neurons in the brainstem, the atrophy of the olivopanuclear neurons and the unclear structure in the nucleus appeared in diabetic rats. Ten weeks later, the degeneration of neurons in the nucleus of diabetic rats was obvious Decreased neurons. Conclusions The changes of BAEP in early stage of diabetes and earlier than central morphological changes are objective and sensitive indicators of early diagnosis of central nervous system diseases of diabetes mellitus.
