目的:比较山楂叶汤和银杏叶片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血脂、载脂蛋白和血小板聚集功能的影响。方法:106 例冠心病患者随机分为2 组(各53 例)。治疗组口服山楂叶汤20 m l,对照组口服银杏叶片3 片,2 组均每日3 次。2 组治疗前及治疗1 个疗程后分别测定血胆固醇( T C)、甘油三酯( T G)、高密度脂蛋白( H D L)、低密度脂蛋白( L D L)、载脂蛋白(apo A、apo B)和1 分钟血小板聚集率( P A R1)、5 分钟血小板聚集率( P A R5)和最大血小板聚集率( P A R M )。结果:治疗组患者用药前后血脂4 项指标及载脂蛋白、 P A R 均有显著性差异( P 均< 005),对照组用药前后除血脂和载脂蛋白有显著性差异( P 均< 005)外, P A R 虽然降低但无显著性差异( P 均> 005)。组间比较,治疗组治疗后 T C、 T G、 L D L的降低均较对照组有显著性差异( P 均< 005)。结论:山楂叶汤和银杏叶片均有降低血脂、apo B,提高 H D L、apo A 作用;而山楂叶汤抑制 P A R的作用优于银杏叶片,对治疗和预防冠心病有重要临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Hawthorn Leaf Decoction and Ginkgo biloba leaves on blood lipid, apolipoprotein and platelet aggregation in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods: One hundred and six patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups (53 cases each). The treatment group was treated with Hawthorn Leaf Soup 20 ml, and the control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves 3 tablets. The two groups were used 3 times a day. Blood cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein were measured before and after treatment in the 2 groups. (apo A, apo B) and 1 minute platelet aggregation rate (P A R1), 5 minute platelet aggregation rate (P A R5) and maximum platelet aggregation rate (P A R M ). Results: There were significant differences in 4 indicators of serum lipids and apolipoproteins, P A R before and after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in blood lipids and apolipoproteins before and after treatment in the control group (P <005), although P A R decreased, but there was no significant difference (P all> 005). Between groups, the reductions in T C, T G, and L L after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Both Hawthorn Leaf Decoction and Ginkgo biloba L. have lower blood lipid and apo B, and increase H D L and apo A. The effect of Hawthorn Leaf Decoction is better than Ginkgo biloba leaves in inhibiting PAR, which has important clinical significance for the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. .
