目的探讨国产大口径毛细柱火焰光度气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中有毒物质黄磷的含量。方法按GBZ 159-2004(工作场所空气中有害物质监测)中的规定进行采样,大口径毛细柱火焰光度气相色谱法测定。结果方法的检出限0.02μg/ml,日内精密度1.29%,日间精密度3.84%;加标回收率104.9%,相关系数r=0.999 6。结论方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,适用于工业场所日常监测。
Objective To investigate the determination of yellow phosphorus in workplace air by domestic large-caliber capillary column gas chromatography with flame. Methods Sampling was carried out according to GBZ 159-2004 (Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Workplace Air), and the determination was carried out by large-bore capillary column flame photometric gas chromatography. Results The detection limit was 0.02μg / ml. The intra-day precision was 1.29% and the intra-day precision was 3.84%. The recovery was 104.9%. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple operation and is suitable for routine monitoring in industrial sites.
