我市某针织厂有一台DZL 4—13锅炉,在1989年12月21日发生一起锅炉爆管事故,位于锅炉左侧从拨火门向后数起第一根,高度在离集箱100mm管子的弯头处,经割管检查发现在爆管处全部被泥垢阻塞。为了进一步搞清情况对锅炉全部水冷壁管进行通水检查,发现其中7根水流不畅通。锅炉其它部位结垢情况:锅简底部结垢约2 mm,进水管附近结垢2-3 mm,烟管上结垢1—3 mm,其它部位结垢约1 mm。水垢呈深黄色、质坚硬,水垢在盐水中不溶解。
A knitting factory in our city has a DZL 4-13 boiler, and on December 21, 1989, a boiler squib accident occurred.
